Here is a picture from July 17TH 2012. This tree was knocked over during the high intense winds on July 15TH 2012. The same very winds that knocked down plenty of power lines on the northwest side of Tucson blocking off traffic in many directions. Staying on topic, we removed this tree after receiving a call July 16TH 2012 to have it removed. After estimating the tree, we started the work right away.

Here is a picture from the beginning of July 2012 that displays a patio brick repair.

The issue was elevation. The bricks were sunk into the ground creating an unpleasant dent in
the foundation. The cause of the issue was an irrigation line that was not capped off at the end. It seeped water underneath that one specific area causing the ground to soften creating a very non landscaped image.

After capping off the end of the poly tubing we proceeded to remove the patio brick. We leveled out the sunken area with sand,and continued to place the brick level to surrounding bricks. After identifying poor works man ship on the previous install by noticing the chipped uneven bricks, we decided to head up to Llowes where we purchased 4 new bricks and an additional bag of sand. When we returned we cut the bricks even with a wet saw and finished the patio brick repair. Once everything was even we topped it off with sand and swept it between the cracks. We wet down down the area and headed off to our next appointment.

Affordable Yard Cleaning

Yard Cleaning Including Weed Removal, Tree Trimming, and Gravel Spreading Call 520-443-0607 to schedule a time and day for an estimate.

Basic Rates

Yard Clean Up of Weeds in the Front Yard - $125-$250 Range
Yard Clean Up of Weeds in the Backyard - $150-$325 Range
Both Yard Clean Up of Weeds in the Front Yard & Backyard - $225-$450

Tree Trimming - $35- $60 range per small tree
$50-$90 for medium size tree
$100-$250 for larger size tree

Hedging of Shrubs - $15-$25 per small shrub $35-$60 medium size shrub $75-$150 large shrub
Any shrub that is smaller than 3 feet is considered small size.
Any shrub that between 3ft and 6feet is considered medium size.
Any shrub that is above 6 feet is considered large size and may need an estimate provided.

Hauling - We provide Dump Runs for flat rates. If we fill up the trailer completely it is an automatic $150 each trip. If we don't fill it up all the way you are subject to a mandatory rate of $100. These prices cover all dumping cost and gas fees for brush/material and light debris. Heavier debris such as gravel, bricks, roof shingles, misc items will be estimated as low as $250. An estimate will need to be provided on all heavier loads.

Planting - Rates cover digging the hole, placing plant in, mixing provided nutrients, and filling the whole back in.

Small Plants - $15 each
Medium Plants - $30 each
Large Plants - $45 each

We can pick up and deliver plants for a flat fee of $50 for a few regular plants and $75 for a full load.
A full load is considered any more then 3 plants.

Gravel/ Decorative Rock Spreading - $30 per ton (includes 2-3 wheel barrows spreading with 2-3 guys working the labor end of it).
Extra cost may apply based on difficulty to move the gravel into your area. Such difficulty may occur when encountering stairs, soft sand, obstacles to maneuver around, etc.

Installations - We provide other landscaping services beyond maintenance. We provide Irrigation installation, maintenance and repair, outside lighting, patios, BBQ sets, and more. These services will need to be estimated based on an itemized list. For most of these services we will not be able to go any lower then $798.00.
